As a Business Development Intern at Wajad, you’ll be at the front line of our growth engine — identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and helping us build meaningful relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS outreach while working closely with leadership and product teams. Responsibilities Research and identify leads in key industries (e.g., startups, agencies, enterprise HR). Assist in outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and direct messages. Help manage our CRM (e.g., lead tracking, pipeline updates, meeting notes). Support client onboarding coordination and handoffs to the product team. Participate in discovery/demo calls (as observer or note-taker). Compile market feedback, sales objections, and competitor observations. Collaborate with product marketing to refine outreach messages. What We’re Looking For Strong communication in both Arabic and English. Curious, persistent, and not afraid to cold-message or follow up. Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship background preferred. Familiar with Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (bonus). Interest in SaaS, startups, or HR tech.
